    How to Manage and Improve Keratosis Pilaris

    While there’s no permanent cure, many treatments can help reduce the bumps and smooth your skin:

    1. Moisturize Regularly
      Hydrating your skin is the most important step. Look for creams or lotions containing:

    • Urea: Softens thickened skin.

    • Lactic acid or glycolic acid: Gentle exfoliants that remove dead skin.

    • Ceramides: Help restore the skin barrier.
