3. Amla Oil and Coconut Oil

4. Castor Oil and Lemon Juice

  • Why it works: Castor oil is a well-known remedy for hair growth due to its high content of ricinoleic acid, which helps improve circulation to the scalp. Lemon juice, on the other hand, can help clean the scalp, reduce dandruff, and restore shine. When combined, these ingredients work together to improve hair texture and health.

  • How to use it: Mix 1 tablespoon of castor oil with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Massage it into your scalp and hair before bed, then wash it out in the morning. This treatment helps with both hair growth and scalp health.
